Recipe 1

Goldcoast Crab/Lobster Pie

Use 16 oz. of our Goldcoast Blue Crab or Maine Lobster Spread
� cup + 2 Tbsp. Bread Crumbs
1 cup Celery, Chopped
1 Tbsp. Onion, Minced
1 Tbsp. Green Pepper, Minced
1 Tbsp. Fresh Lemon Juice
Fresh Chives for Garnish
1 9� Deep Dish Pie Crust

Preheat oven to 375�F. Follow Directions on the package for the baked ready to fill crust. Bake until light golden brown. Cool completely. Combine � cup bread crumbs, celery, onions, green pepper and lemon juice. Mix well and spread into cooled baked pie crust. Sprinkle with 2 Tbsp. bread crumbs. Bake at 375�F for 10 minutes or until heated through. Garnish with lemon slices and minced chives. Serve with lemon wedges. Serves 6.

Recipe 2

Goldcoast Crab/Lobster Almond Crusted Fish

Use 8 oz. of our Goldcoast Blue Crab or Maine Lobster Spread
� cup Bread Crumbs
1 Tbsp. Butter, Melted
� cup Almonds, Slivered

Fish Fillets, Tilapia, Cod or Orange Roughy

Preheat oven to 350�F. Place fish fillets in an oven proof dish. Brush the fillets with melted butter. Bake for 15 minutes or until cooked through. Combine crab or lobster spread and bread crumbs in a medium bowl. Remove fish from oven, spread each fillet with the lobster mixture and top with slivered almonds. Broil until golden brown (approx. 2 - 3 minutes). Serves 4.

Recipe 3

Goldcoast Crab/Lobster Appitizers

Use 8 oz. of our Goldcoast Blue Crab or Miane Lobster Spread
1 Tbsp. Shallots, Minced
1 Tbsp. Pine Nuts
1 Tbsp. Chives Minced
2 Packages Mini Baked Fillo Dough Shells

Combine crab or lobster spread, shallots, pine nuts and chives in a medium bowl. Fill shells. Top with slivers of roaster red peppers or slice of green olive. Serve warm or at room temperature. To warm, bake in preheated oven at 360�F for 5 minutes or until warm. Makes 30 Appetizers.

Recipe 4

Goldcoast Crab/Lobster Salad

Use 8 oz. of our Goldcoast Blue Crab or Maine Lobster Spread
� cup Celery, Diced
1 Tbsp. Capers, Drained
2 tsp. Fresh Dill, Minced

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Serve on a bed of mixed greens, stuffed in an avocado or tomato, or in a pita pocket, wrap or roll. Serve as a main course or side dish.

Recipe 5

Goldcoast Crab/Lobster Stuffed Mushroom Caps

Use 8 oz. of our Goldcoast Blue Crab or Maine Lobster Spread
1 16 oz. Package Fresh Mushrooms, Medium Sized
2 Tbs. Parmesan Cheese, Grated
1 Tbs. Butter, Melted
Fresh Parsley or Chives, Chopped

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place mushroom caps in an ovenproof baking dish. Fill each mushroom cap with 1 tsp. of Goldcoast Crab or Lobster Spread. Brush sides of mushrooms with melted butter. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 20 minutes or until golden brown. Garnish with parsley. Serve as an appetizer or side dish.

Recipe 6

Goldcoast Crab/Lobster Warm Croissant Sandwich

Cut the croissant in half, put a little butter on it. Place in the microwave for about 8-10 seconds. Put OUR Goldcoast Blue Crab or Maine Lobster Spread on the croissant.
You can add lettuce or tomato according to taste.

Recipe 7

Goldcoast Crab/Lobster Baked Fish - Salmon, Tilapia, etc.

Put a piece of aluminum foil flat. Put fish on top of the foil. Lay the fish flat, do not roll it. Put OUR Crab or Lobster spread on top of the fish. Cover entire fish about ½ inch thick with the spread. Make a pouch with the foil. Place the fish in the pouch. This will help the fish to not dry out. Set the oven to 400 Degrees for about 20 minutes. Fish will be almost cooked. Take the fish out, open foil and put oven on high and broil. Put back in the oven for a couple of minutes. To sear up Fish “Do not over cook at this point”.

Goldcoast Crab/Lobster Seafood Omelette

Make your omelet as you usually do. Then put some of our Crab or Lobster spread in the center of the omelets and a little cheese.

Fold over and finish cooking the omelets to melt the cheese.
